HELP! I just paid for downloads, how do I get the files?
Downloads are available as soon as payment is made. Go to My Account and click your order number. Under download links, click on the product name. Your file will automatically download.

I want my info printed on the invitations I just purchased. Where do I input the info?
When checking out, there is a customer comments box where you can type in your info. If you already placed your order, you may Contact Us with your info.

Can I use these images on my website?

Can I use these images on products that I sell at craft shows?

How do I obtain a license for imagery?
Contact Us for a quote. Licenses are based on number of images used and how many products will be produced with the image(s). Give us the specifics of your project.

I own a retail store. Are your products available for wholesale?
Yes, our products are available for wholesale. Fill out a Wholesale Inquiry and we will email details.

What format are the files in the image library in?
Single image downloads are 300 dpi in PNG format. They are in RGB mode (if using these files for professional print they must first be converted to CMYK).

Why are these images in PNG format?
We choose the PNG file format because it compresses the file without distorting it or sacrificing image quality. This makes for quicker downloads and uses less disk space on our servers.

Can I request the file to be in a different format?
We will do our best to accommodate our customers. Drop us a line at our Contact Us page with requests.

Do you have any EPS vector images?
Sorry we don't carry any EPS vector images at this time. Visit our friends at RetroClipArt.com for the best selection of retro line art images in EPS format.

What types of files are on the compilation CDs?
Each image on a CD comes in two formats - 150dpi JPG for web use and 300dpi TIFF for professional print use.

I'm on a Mac. Are your files compatible with my Mac?
We have Mac, Windows and Linux systems here in our studio. Our files have been tested and are compatible with all three.

I see an image I want but it is in grayscale. Can I get it colorized?
