Personal Use
We encourage unlimited use of our images for personal
projects and crafting that have no intent for resale purposes.
Commercial Usage
Clip art images may be used for on retail items such as apparel, craft items, accessories, etc. Production is limited to 100 total
items. Retail products sold on an internet website/store must include credit for the imagery such as a link or a sidenote in the product
description (i.e. image courtesy of FenderskirtsVintage.com).
Licensing
If production exceeds more than 100 items, a license is required. We offer flat rate licenses based on quantity produced and
number of images used from our library. Please Contact Us for licensing
information. Include your company name/website, specifics of your project, how many images you are interested in using and quantity of items that will be produced. *Please note that not all images are available for licensing.
Some examples of projects that require a license:
-Book publishing
-Packaging Design
-Video Production
-Retail items over 100 in quantity
Graphic Design/Advertising
Clip art images may be used for promotional materials such
as advertisements, website design, brochures, newsletter, flyers, etc. No credit resource is
required for use in these types of media.
Images may be used for digital templates (web, eBay, etc.).
However, credit for the image must be prominent to the consumer with a
hyperlink embedded in the code such as:

Restrictions
-Images may not be used to duplicate our tangible products for commercial use. Our designs are copyrighted (stationery, tags,
etc). If you are interested in carrying our line of products please contact us for wholesale information.
-Images may not be used in any design that is to be trademarked.
-Images may not be used in another clip art resource without permission( be it website, CD, digital collage sheets or other media) nor
may they be used to be distributed with another collection. Duplicating our compilation CDs is strictly prohibited by law.
-Images may not be used in any pornographic or lewd materials.
-Images may not be used for products sold on the Cafe Press, Zazzle or similar websites (unless a previous license has been purchased).
Source of Images
Our images come from various types of vintage ephemera. Some of our images are indeed in the public domain. Because of that, there may be some overlap in other collections. Some images have been altered to the point where they are owned by Fenderskirts
Vintage and are NOT part of the public domain. Nevertheless our "collection" of images is protected by U.S. copyright laws. We can
provide proof of ownership of this collection as we possess and archive all of the original sources of ephemera. We do not harvest images from the web nor other parties'
collections, be it private or public. We do our best to research each image so that they may not violate or infringe upon other rights. However, since some sources are not reliable (such as scrapbook clippings) we cannot verify 100%. If any image in our library is mistakenly infringing upon an owners copyright, the image will be removed immediately.
